Madam

I beg to request that you will address your bill for the annuity from the late Mrs. Cook's estate to Jno. L Bennett No. 3 Cross Street Finsbury London, instead of Fenchurch Street.

You will also remember that the income tax of 7 pence in the pound was deducted from the last half years dividend and will be from the present one, you must there fore from the present half year deduct one year's income tax, viz. annuity
